For house cleaning businesses

Get more repeat clients. Without buying leads.

We build and run your booking system — your website, your Google listing, the searches people near you make for a cleaner — and reply to every quote request in seconds, even while you're mid-clean. The clients come straight to you, not to a lead site that sold them to four other cleaners.

One every-two-weeks client is worth about $3,000 a year. That's 15 months of this. One flat monthly price, no contracts, and you own everything.

We'll build a real booking page for your cleaning business — your services, your prices, your area — and send it within 24 hours. No call. No card.

Built before you pay.

Your booking page — your business, your city, your real searches — in your inbox within 24 hours. Free. Then you decide.

02

Results, or you don't pay.

No real request in your first 30 days live? That month is refunded. Hasn't paid for itself by day 90? Tell us, and month three is on us. Automatic, no arguing.

03

We take one business per category per city — your competitors can't hire us — and ten new accounts a month, because the founder reviews every build. 10 of 10 October seats left.

The Booking System

Four things have to happen before you get paid

So we built and run all four. Here's the whole thing in plain English.

  1. 01

    Found

People looking for a cleaner find you.

A website that shows your prices and books work, your Google profile kept up to date, a page for each kind of clean and each area you cover, and your details right on the sites people check.

    • Website + hosting, on your own domain
    • Google Business Profile, managed weekly
    • Your prices on the page — the first thing people look for
    • A page for each service and each area you cover
    • Found in ChatGPT and Google's AI answers
    • Directory listings kept in sync
  2. 02

    Asked

Every request lands in one place.

The quote form on your site, the call you missed with your hands in a sink, the message from Facebook — all caught, none lost.

    • Quote form: home size, type of clean, preferred day
    • Missed calls texted back automatically
    • Every request in one inbox, not five apps
  3. 03

    Booked

They hear back before they try the next cleaner.

A reply goes out in seconds with your price and your next open day, then follows up if they go quiet. When they're ready, they pick a day.

    • Instant reply with your price and next open day
    • Three friendly follow-ups if they go quiet
    • Booking and deposit links, so the slot gets taken
  4. 04

    Running

    Clients keep coming back.

Reviews get asked for after every clean, one-time clients get offered a regular slot, and once a month you get a plain report of what came in.

    • Review requests after every clean, replies to every review
    • One-time clients offered an every-two-weeks slot
    • Monthly report counted in booked cleans, not clicks
    • Win-back messages for clients who stopped booking

Live in 7 days from the day you send us your services, prices, photos and domain — or your first month is free. And a real request through your site within 30 days of going live — or that month is refunded. Automatically, no asking.

Who it's for

Cleaning businesses that grow on repeat clients

We work with

  • House and apartment cleaning companies
  • Solo cleaners up to teams of ten or more
  • Move-out, deep clean and Airbnb turnover specialists
  • Anyone who wants more every-week and every-two-weeks clients

It fits if

  • Most of your money comes from repeat clients
  • You're cleaning when the quote requests come in
  • You pay for leads that four other cleaners also got
  • People ask for a price, then go quiet

If you only bid on big commercial janitorial contracts, we're not the right fit — this is built for cleaners who serve homes, apartments and rentals.

New this year

People are asking ChatGPT for a cleaner. Most cleaning businesses aren't in the answer.

When someone types “house cleaning near me”, Google now writes an answer above the results. When they ask ChatGPT for a reliable cleaner in their city, it names three or four companies — and everyone else may as well not exist. Getting into those answers is different work from ranking on Google, and almost no small cleaning business is doing it yet.

  • Plain pages AI can quote

Your services, prices, area and answers written so an AI assistant can lift them straight into a recommendation.

  • The same facts everywhere

Same name, area, hours and services on your site, Google and every directory — that's what these systems trust.

  • Structured data behind the scenes

The hidden markup that tells search and AI exactly what you clean and which neighbourhoods you cover.

  • Checked every month

We ask the questions your clients would ask and tell you where you show up — and where you don't yet.

Pricing

One booking system. One price.

No demo call to see it. No add-ons that creep. No cut of what you book, ever.

Your site stays live, your Google profile stays managed, and requests still get answered. We just stop the active marketing until you want more work again.

Our only fine print, in bold: every plan is month-to-month from day one. No setup fee, no minimum term, no card needed for the free booking page. Rankings take about 90 days to build, so we don't ask you to wait on them: if your site hasn't brought you a single real request in its first 30 days live, that month is refunded, automatically. And if by day 90 you don't think it has paid for itself, tell us — month three is refunded, your call, no argument. Cancel in one click and keep your domain, your site, your photos and your customer list. No annual contracts, ever.

Click costs are Google's own US averages, pulled October 2026: $11.87 on “maid service near me”, $10.35 on “house cleaning near me”. Agency pricing is from a competitor's own published tiers (September 2026: $1,199/mo entry, $19,999/mo top). Lead prices are reported 2026 rates; Thumbtack and Angi don't publish a rate card. We'll happily update anything that changes.

Who's behind this

Built by someone who's been on the line

“I run a boba truck franchise. I know what it's like to see an inquiry come in at 7pm on a Friday while you've got a line twenty deep — and to find it again on Sunday when they've already booked someone else. I also know the paperwork: the vendor applications, the certificates of insurance, the forms every venue wants filled out differently. I built this because nobody was solving the part that actually costs you money.”

— Sam, founder & food truck franchise owner

Different trade, same problem: the request comes in while your hands are full, and the person asking has three more cleaners to try.

FAQ

The questions everybody asks

What exactly do I get?

Your booking system: a website on your own domain with your prices on it, your Google profile managed, a page for each service and area you cover, work on getting you into AI search answers, a quote form that asks the right questions, missed calls texted back, instant replies and follow-ups, booking and deposit links, review requests and replies, and a monthly report. One price, nothing charged per clean.

Is the booking page really free?

Really free, and no card. We build a real booking page for your actual cleaning business and send a short video walking through it. Don't love it? Keep the ideas, no hard feelings.

Do I really own everything?

Yes — domain, site, photos, and your customer list. We register your domain in your name from day one, so there's nothing to buy back. Free export if you ever leave.

What's this AI search thing?

When people search now, Google often writes an answer above the results, and plenty of people ask ChatGPT directly for recommendations. Getting named in those answers takes different work from normal Google ranking — clear pages, consistent facts about you everywhere, and structured data. We do that work and check every month whether it's landing.

Do you guarantee I'll rank #1?

No, and I'd be careful with anyone who does. The trick is almost always the keyword: they'll guarantee you #1 for something like “affordable eco-friendly house cleaning in [your suburb] for pet owners” — specific enough that nearly anyone can win it, and that nobody actually types. Ask which exact phrase, then ask how many people search it a month. What we do instead: before you pay us anything, we show you the whole first page for the searches people really make in your area, with the monthly numbers beside each one. Then you get that same page every month, so you can see what moved and what didn't.

How long before it brings in clients?

Two different clocks. Your site is live in seven days and starts catching and answering requests right away — that part is instant, and it's usually where the first clients come from. Ranking on Google is slower: expect movement around 60 to 90 days and the bigger lift in months four to six. You'll get a report every month either way, including the early ones where the honest answer is “not much yet.”

How fast do requests get answered?

Seconds. A quote request at 9pm gets a reply at 9pm with your price and your next open day, and a follow-up if they go quiet. A call you can't take gets a text back before they've called the next cleaner.

What about slow weeks?

Pause to $49/mo. Your site stays live, your Google profile stays managed, and requests still get answered — we just stop the active marketing. Un-pause when you want more work.

Do you take a cut of my cleans?

No. No commissions, no per-clean fees, no per-lead charges. Flat monthly price, that's the whole thing.

Who actually does the work?

Our production system does the heavy lifting, and I personally review everything that ships. One point of contact — me — and it doesn't change.

How long until I'm live?

Seven days from the moment you send us your services, prices, photos and domain access — or your first month is free. Transferring a domain and getting Google Business Profile access are the two things that can slow a launch, and neither is in our hands.

What if nothing comes in?

Then you don't pay for that month. If your site hasn't brought you a single real request — a form, a call, a text, from an actual person — in its first 30 days live, we refund the month automatically. You don't have to ask: the requests land in our system, so we already know. We don't wait on Google to make that promise; from the day you go live we put your site in front of people in your area who are already looking for a cleaner. And if by day 90 you don't think it has paid for itself, say so and month three is refunded. Your call, not ours.

Why only ten a month?

Two reasons, and both are the product. One: every site that ships is reviewed by me before it does, and ten a month is what I can review properly while running the accounts that already exist. Two: we take one business per category per city, so the site we build for you isn't competing with a copy of itself down the road. Your competitors can't hire us. That's worth more to you than it costs us.
