About GigPlate

GigPlate builds and runs booking systems for small businesses whose money comes from booked work: food trucks, caterers, mobile bars, private chefs and house cleaning companies, with pest control, pool and lawn companies in testing. We build the site, keep the Google profile current, work on getting the business named in AI search answers, answer every inquiry in seconds, follow up on anyone who goes quiet, and send a plain-English report each month counted in bookings.

Why it exists

Sam, the founder, runs a boba truck franchise. The problem he kept hitting wasn't cooking or finding events — it was the inquiry that arrived at 7pm on a Friday with a line twenty deep, found again on Sunday after they'd booked someone else. Most small service businesses lose work the same way: not to a better competitor, but to a slower reply.

The usual fixes make it worse. Lead sites sell the same request to several businesses and charge each one whether they win or not. Agencies charge retainers for reports nobody reads. GigPlate does the unglamorous work instead — the site, the search, the replies, the follow-up and the paperwork — for one flat monthly price.

How we work

We build a real booking page for your business before you pay anything, usually within 24 hours, and send it with the search report it was built from. If you like it, we connect everything and launch within seven days of getting your menu, photos and domain access.

Prices are published: $199, $399 or $699 a month, with no contract, no setup fee, no commission and nothing charged per lead or per booking. If your site brings in no real inquiry in its first 30 days live, that month is refunded automatically.

We take one business per category per city, so the site we build for you never competes with a copy of itself, and ten new accounts a month, because every build is reviewed by Sam before it ships.

What we don't do

We don't guarantee rankings, sell leads, take a cut of your bookings or lock you into a contract. You own your domain, your site and your customer list from day one, with a free export if you ever leave.
