For pool cleaning and maintenance routes

Get more pool accounts. Without buying leads.

We build your website, run your Google listing, get you found where homeowners are searching for a weekly service — and reply to every request before you're off the next stop. Every account comes to you, and stays yours.

Agencies in this trade start at $1,199 a month. We start at $199. One flat monthly price, no contracts, and you own everything.

We'll show you where you rank, what ChatGPT says about you, and what we'd change first — in 24 hours, free. No call. No card.

The Booking System

Four things have to happen before you get paid

So we built and run all four. Here's the whole thing in plain English.

  1. 01

    Found

    People can actually find you.

A website built to book work, your Google profile kept current, pages that rank for each service in each suburb you cover, and listings on the sites homeowners actually check.

    • Website + hosting, on your own domain
    • Google Business Profile, managed weekly
    • A page per service and per suburb you cover
    • A starting price on the page — the thing they search for first
    • AI search visibility — ChatGPT, Google AI answers
    • Directory listings kept in sync
  2. 02

    Asked

    Nothing gets lost.

Every way someone might reach you is captured — the form on your site, the call you couldn't take with a hose in your hand, a message from a directory.

    • Quote form: address, service, property size, how urgent
    • Missed calls texted back automatically
    • Every request in one place, not five inboxes
  3. 03

    Booked

They hear back before they call the next name on the list.

An answer goes out in seconds with your pricing and your next open slot, then follows up if they go quiet. When they're ready, they book the visit.

    • Instant reply with your pricing and next available visit
    • Three-touch follow-up on anyone who goes quiet
    • Quote and booking links, so the slot gets taken
  4. 04

    Running

    It keeps working without you.

Reviews get requested and answered, the paperwork property managers ask for gets handled, and once a month you get a plain-English report of what it all produced.

    • Review requests after every visit, replies to every review
    • COIs and vendor forms for HOAs and property managers
    • Monthly report counted in booked jobs, not clicks
    • Win-back campaigns for customers who dropped off

Live in 7 days from the day you send us your service list, photos and domain — or your first month is free.

Who it's for

Route businesses that live on customers who stay

We work with

  • Pest control and termite companies
  • Pool cleaning and maintenance routes
  • Lawn care, mowing and landscaping crews
  • Owner-operators through to three or four crews
  • Anyone selling a recurring plan, not a one-off job

It fits if

  • Weekly and bi-weekly routes are the business, not one-off cleans
  • You're on a route with your phone in the truck
  • Spring decides how full your summer is
  • Directories rank above you, then sell you your own customers

If you chase one-off emergency jobs and never see the customer again, we're probably not the right fit — this is built around recurring routes and the customers who stay on them.

New this year

People are asking AI who to call. Most local service companies aren't in the answer.

When someone types “pest control near me”, an AI-written answer now sits above the results. When they ask ChatGPT who to call about ants in Austin, it names a handful of companies and the rest of the town may as well not exist. Being in those answers is a different job from ranking on Google, and almost nobody in the trades is doing it yet.

  • Plain-language pages that AI can quote

Your services, service area, pricing and answers written so an AI assistant can lift them straight into a recommendation.

  • The facts about you, consistent everywhere

Same name, service area, hours and services across your site, Google and every directory — that consistency is what these systems trust.

  • Structured data behind the scenes

The machine-readable markup that tells search and AI engines exactly what you do and which suburbs you do it in.

  • Checked every month

We ask the same questions your customers would and report back where you show up — and where you don't yet.

Pricing

One price. Everything included.

No demo call to see it. No add-ons that creep. No cut of what you book, ever.

Dead months in your trade? Pause to $49/mo.

Pool routes in January, mowing in December — every trade has them. Your site stays live, your Google profile stays managed, and requests still get captured and answered. We just stop the active marketing until your season comes back.

Our only fine print, in bold: new accounts start with a 3-month starter period, billed monthly — that's how long it takes for rankings and reviews to build up, and it covers your free custom build. Want pure month-to-month from day one? That's fine — there's a one-time setup fee instead ($499 on Booked, $899 on Booked Pro, $1,499 on Booked Max). After three months every plan is month-to-month forever. Cancel in one click and keep your domain, your site, your photos and your customer list. No annual contracts, ever.

Agency pricing is from a competitor's own published tiers (September 2026: $1,199/mo entry, $19,999/mo top) and from the revenue minimums two others state on their homepages — $1M for one, “7-8 figure companies” for another. Click costs are Google's own US averages for these exact searches, pulled September 2026 — $9.85 on “lawn care near me”, $37.10 on “exterminator near me”. Lead and membership pricing is from published 2026 vendor guides and reported rates; Angi doesn't publish a rate card. We'll happily update anything that changes.

Who's behind this

Built by someone who's been on the line

“I run a boba truck franchise. I know what it's like to see an inquiry come in at 7pm on a Friday while you've got a line twenty deep — and to find it again on Sunday when they've already booked someone else. I also know the paperwork: the vendor applications, the certificates of insurance, the forms every venue wants filled out differently. I built this because nobody was solving the part that actually costs you money.”

— Sam, founder & food truck franchise owner

Different trade, same problem: the phone goes while your hands are full, and the person calling has four more numbers to try.

FAQ

The questions everybody asks

What exactly do I get?

A website on your own domain, your Google profile managed, a page for each service in each suburb you cover, work on getting you into AI search answers, a quote form that asks the right questions, missed calls texted back, instant replies and follow-ups, booking links, review requests and replies, COIs and property-manager paperwork on Pro and up, and a monthly report. One price, nothing charged per job.

Is the report really free?

Really free, and no card. We pull your actual rankings, ask the AI assistants what they say about your business, look at who's ahead of you, and write up what we'd change. Don't like what we'd do? Keep the report, no hard feelings.

Do I really own everything?

Yes — domain, site, photos, and your customer list. We register your domain in your name from day one, so there's nothing to buy back. Free export if you ever leave.

What's this AI search thing?

When people search now, Google often writes an answer above the results, and plenty of people ask ChatGPT directly for recommendations. Getting named in those answers takes different work from normal Google ranking — clear pages, consistent facts about you everywhere, and structured data. We do that work and check every month whether it's landing.

Do you guarantee I'll rank #1?

No, and I'd be careful with anyone who does. The trick is almost always the keyword: they'll guarantee you #1 for something like “affordable eco-friendly pest control in [your suburb] for apartments” — specific enough that nearly anyone can win it, and that nobody actually types. Ask which exact phrase, then ask how many people search it a month. What we do instead: before you pay us anything, we show you the whole first page for the searches people really make in your area, with the monthly numbers beside each one. Then you get that same page every month, so you can see what moved and what didn't. I can't promise you a position. I can promise you'll never have to take my word for where you are.

How long before it actually brings in work?

Two different clocks. Your site is live in seven days and starts capturing and answering requests immediately — that part is instant, and it's usually where the first jobs come from. Ranking is slower: expect movement around 60 to 90 days and the bigger lift in months four to six. That's how search works for everyone, and it's why the starter period is three months rather than one. You'll get a report every month either way, including the early ones where the honest answer is “not much yet.”

How fast do inquiries get answered?

Seconds. A form filled in at 2am gets a reply at 2am with your pricing and your next open slot, and a follow-up if they go quiet. A call you can't take gets a text back before they've dialled the next company.

What about my off-season?

Pause to $49/mo. Your site stays live, your Google profile stays managed, and requests still get captured and answered — we just stop the active marketing. Un-pause when your season comes back.

Do you take a cut of my jobs?

No. No commissions, no per-job fees, no per-lead charges. Flat monthly price, that's the whole thing.

Who actually does the work?

Our production system does the heavy lifting, and I personally review everything that ships. One point of contact — me — and it doesn't change.

How long until I'm live?

Seven days from the moment you send us your service list, photos and domain access — or your first month is free. We scope it that way on purpose: transferring a domain and getting Google Business Profile access are the two things that can stall a launch, and neither is in our hands.
